Reflecting on 2024: Growth and New Horizons

This year has been a journey of growth, learning, and exploration. From academic milestones to personal moments of joy, 2024 has truly been memorable.

Highlights of 2024

• 🌱 Laid the foundation for Kisan.ai, my MCA final project modernizing farm management with AI, AR, and OpenCV technologies.
• 📜 Developed AMU PYQ Papers and an LLM project, creating tools to enhance learning and accessibility.
• 👨‍💻 Completed an internship at Paisa Expo, gaining valuable industry experience.
• 🏫 Final year of MCA: Balanced college, fun, and academics while cherishing the journey at AMU.
• 📚 Read 5-6 books, expanding my knowledge and perspective.
• 🎉 Celebrated my sister’s wedding, a joyous family milestone.
• 🎶 Discovered a diverse range of music, from Bayaan’s soulful lyrics and timeless classics by NFAK and Kishore Kumar, to albums like "Justified" by Justin Timberlake and iconic English oldies like Elton John’s "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road." These explorations enriched my appreciation for melodies across eras.
• 🍴 Tried and loved exploring new dishes, including cooking chicken haandi and barbecuing with friends.
• 🤝 Contributed to open-source projects, embracing collaboration and community learning.
• 🧑‍💻 Received an opportunity to intern for IIT Roorkee, working on an Eye Blink Detection system using OpenCV and AI.
• 🌐 Began building a website for the IIT Roorkee Built and Environment Lab, a project still in progress.
• 🚀 Explored AI systems and API integrations, diving deeper into cutting-edge technologies.
• 🧠 Worked on balancing multiple projects, although I couldn’t fully meet all my project and gym goals.

Lessons Learned

This year taught me that perseverance and adaptability are key. While not every goal was achieved, each step was a valuable learning experience. The joy of contributing, celebrating, and growing is what made 2024 special.
