Eubiq India
I took eubiq.in from a parked domain to a Next.js 15 product site for hospital bed-head panels, live by March 2025. One template drives every panel family, media runs on Bunny CDN and Bunny Stream, and retail buyers go to the group's store.

01 · The brief
A parked domain for a company that sells configurable hospital panels
Eubiq India makes bed-head panels: the wall units behind a hospital bed that carry medical-gas outlets, sockets, nurse call and lighting in one fitting. It also sells EPT PowerTrack, a sliding-adaptor power track, and is one of the brands in The Sixty One (61 FZCO) group in Dubai.
In early 2025, eubiq.in was a parked domain; before that, an empty WordPress install. Its buyers are hospitals, ward designers and contractors, and they don't order panels from a cart. They choose a family, a configuration and a finish, then ask for a quote. The site had to answer those questions on its own. I was the founding engineer, and it had to work within four constraints:
- Heavy media. Ward renders, product films and a 61 MB, 54-page catalogue PDF, on pages that still had to load quickly on a phone.
- Two markets. Enquiries come from India and the UAE, so contact runs on +91 and +971 lines, e-mail and WhatsApp.
- Sales start with an enquiry. Panels are sold project by project. The site has to qualify the buyer, not check them out.
- One brand among several. PowerTrack already had a store in the group, and the site links to 61saga.com, 61gler.com and 61dxb.com without competing with them.

02 · What I built
One template for the whole product family
The three panel families look different but answer the same questions, so I built them on one product-family template. The Surface, Recess and Modular pages each get:
- a streamed product film
- an eight-point feature grid
- a tabbed technical viewer (Features, Options and Unfolded; on the modular page, Dual Schematic, PT Schematic, Compartments and Cross View)
- a colour picker with seven named finishes, which swaps the panel render as you click, and a wood-grain picker below it
Because the structure lives in one template, a new finish or configuration is a content change, not a new page.

The catalogue, without leaving the site
The 54-page Bed Head Panels 2025 catalogue is a 61 MB PDF served from Bunny's CDN. /catalogue opens it in the page, with a Download button for people who want the file and View in 2-Page Mode for a flipbook.
The flipbook is a FlipHTML5 embed, not something I rebuilt: a working third-party page-turner was the right call for one view of one document.

03 · The hand-off
Commerce stays in the store
PowerTrack sells to homes and offices as well as hospitals, and the group already had a store for it: powertrack.online (case study), which I also built. So eubiq.in has no cart, no accounts and no payment code.
The PowerTrack page covers the EPT S, R and T series with specifications and four-step install guides. A sticky "Shop Now" pill stays on screen and hands retail buyers to the store. Panel buyers go the other way, to phone, e-mail or a floating WhatsApp button. Each kind of buyer gets one clear next step.
Phones get their own layout
Rather than shrink the desktop hero, I gave mobile its own hero: a short film, "Innovative Healthcare Solutions" and a single Explore Products button.
The navigation becomes a MENU pill that opens a numbered full-screen menu, 01 to 07, ending with "Download Catalogue". Product sections stack as a ward render followed by the spec card.

Mobile gets its own hero and one clear call to action, then the panel families

Static pages at the edge, media on a CDN
- Pre-rendered on Vercel. The 13 main routes are statically generated with the Next.js 15 App Router and served from Vercel's edge cache (the Mumbai edge for Indian visitors); the 22 hospital-reference pages under /presence are rendered on request. Each route ships its own code chunk.
- Media on Bunny. Renders and the catalogue PDF come from a Bunny CDN pull zone. Images go through next/image, which resizes them, re-encodes them as WebP and lazy-loads them.
- Video on Bunny Stream. The home hero streams over HLS through hls.js. The product pages embed Bunny Stream players.
- Styling and motion. Tailwind CSS in the brand's navy and yellow, Framer Motion for reveals and Swiper for carousels.
